Purpose of the app
The Cashflow app supports sole proprietorships, micro-enterprises and similar users in the local recording, planning and monitoring of their cash flow.
The app is an organizational tool. It does not offer tax, legal, financial, or accounting advice.
Data processing in the app
According to the current app concept, the provider does not collect any personal data via the app.
The data entered by the user, in particular cash flow, sales, cost, planning, or other financial data, is stored locally on the user's device. According to the current concept, the provider has no access to this data.
iCloud Sync
If the user enables iCloud Sync, app data can be synchronized via the user's Apple Account/iCloud account.
Data processing within iCloud is carried out by Apple according to Apple's terms and privacy policy. Under the current concept, the provider has no access to app data synchronized via iCloud.
Users can manage iCloud features through their device settings or Apple account settings.
No analytics, advertising, or tracking
According to the current app concept, the app does not use advertising SDKs, tracking, third-party analytics, or provider-side crash reporting.
Should such features be introduced in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.
Support and contact
If users voluntarily contact the provider via email, contact form or other communication channels, the provider processes the data transmitted in order to process the request.
This may include, in particular, name, email address, content of the request, technical details and voluntarily submitted screenshots or files.
Users should not send confidential tax, accounting, or financial data to the provider unless it is necessary for the support request.
Data storage and deletion
Locally stored app data remains on the user's device. The user can remove app data through app functions, by deleting the app, or via device settings, where technically possible.
When using iCloud, additional deletion may be required in the iCloud/Apple account settings. According to the current concept, the provider has no direct access to data deleted within the Apple account.
Support requests are stored only as long as necessary for processing, documentation, or fulfillment of legal obligations.
Legal basis
Insofar as personal data is processed in connection with support or contact requests, this is done, depending on the case, for processing the request, for carrying out pre-contractual or contractual measures, for fulfilling legal obligations or on the basis of legitimate interests in proper communication and documentation.
See also the general data agreement.
Recipients of data
According to the current app concept, the provider does not receive any locally stored app data or data synchronized via iCloud.
When contact is made, communication service providers, hosting providers or other technical service providers may be involved, insofar as this is necessary for the operation of the communication.
With iCloud Sync, Apple is independently responsible for processing within the framework of Apple services.
User rights
Under the GDPR, users have, in particular, rights to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection.
To exercise these rights, the provider can be contacted at info@mist.com.
If data is stored exclusively locally on the user's device or in their Apple account, and the provider has no access to it, the provider cannot view, correct, or delete this data. In this case, the user must manage the data themselves within the app, on the device, or in their Apple account.
Right of appeal
Changes to this privacy policy
This privacy policy may be amended if app features, technical processes, or legal requirements change.
